and ACCORDING TO MY TOTALLY INEXPERT TRANSLATION it's something along the lines of: "Offer your brain (to me); (you are my) slave/subordinate; my name is Electronic Person HAL." Not 100% sure on the exact translation of that second line BUT THE SENTIMENT IS PRETTY CLEAR.
