Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
He is fairly tall and very muscular, though his overall build is more slim than broad (especially when compared to, say, Auster).

2. How old is he?
In his later twenties, Bliss's experiments gave his blood an ichor-like quality which effectively halted his physical aging; beyond that, he's been in Anchor so long that his sense of passage of time is blurred, and he really has no idea exactly how old he is.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
He has good posture as long as his mood is on the good side.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Due to Orion's physical standards for active agents, he is in top physical condition; however, the same condition with his blood that makes him ageless also makes it impossible to heal him by magic, which most of Orion's medical ward relies on.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
He normally tends to be somewhat clumsy and heavyhanded with his movements, but when he's on the job or in a combat situation, they are always very fluid and precise. (In other words, he actually looks like he knows what he's doing :v)

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Attractive enough without really trying; he acts cocky about his appearance, but he doesn't actually use his good looks to his benefit as often as he brags claims.

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
His complexion is naturally tan, though with the time he spends outdoors, he tends to look darker than that. His body is covered in scars and track marks from Bliss's experiments, though they're mostly concentrated on his torso and upper arms (and there are none above his neckline).

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Sleek, straight, and a little past chin-length (just barely long enough for him to tie back); he has longish bangs, as well, though he's never as fussy as Auster when it comes to keeping them out of his face. The color is a very, very dark blue, dark enough that it appears black unless viewed in just the right lighting.

9. What color are his eyes?
Grey-blue.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
His three-star tattoo (mandated by Orion) is located on one of the few unscarred locations on his body, just over his right shoulderblade. Also, thanks to the Bliss experiments, his blood is completely black.

11. What are his chief tension centers?
His neck and back; there are few better ways to win him over than by giving him a good backrub/massage.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
Very casual, though not really varied beyond assorted t-shirts and jeans; he has entirely separate wardrobes for dealing with Orion affairs (suits, uniforms, et al) and Malkar.

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
He won't wear something if he's not comfortable in it, unless it's a uniform (and it's pretty rare to see him comfortable in any sort of uniform or suit).

14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
Not at all; he dresses as needed for his job or whatever work needs to be done, but apart from that, he prefers to dress as casually as possible.

15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Commando. When he can't get away with that, though, he settles for boxer-briefs.



Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
His voice isn't particularly high- or low-pitched, and there isn't anything notable about it.

2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
Loud but evenly. He tends only to hesitate when he's got something to hide.

3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
He still speaks with a Senaiin accent, but it would be difficult for an Earthling to pick it apart from any American accent.

4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
He is fluent in all Malkarian languages and dialects thereof, and although he doesn't have the same skill with many others, he can easily pick up and learn the nuances of another. Also, it's worth noting that, thanks to his Solcjek lineage, he has a natural ability to easily understand and communicate with animals, monsters, and other non-humans, even those that are less than sapient.

5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Not really, but he does have a habit of switching between mono- and polytheistic expletives depending on his mood and the situation.

6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
He usually is, though considering his brash nature, this is rarely a good thing.

7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Probably thanks to his linguistic skills, he can be eloquent and articulate when he needs to be. Otherwise, he just doesn't give a damn.



Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
He's definitely more intelligent than he seems, though most of that intelligence comes from his past experiences than his (admittedly scant) formal education.

2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
On his feet, always; he almost never plans things in advance.

3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
He tries to think with logic and practicality, but more often than not, his mood/emotions hold more sway over him than anything else.

4. What kind of education has the character had?
He grew up on an isolated farm and spent most of his teenage years/adulthood working for various government and/or criminal organizations, so he's had very little in the way of formal education, and only then at the behest of Orion.

5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
In addition to his linguistic skills, he is very good with animals, whether of Malkarian, Earthling, or any other origin, and he's always interested in learning more about new or unfamiliar species.

6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Extrovert.

7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
By keeping his mind entirely in the present, he tends to be fairly laid-back and cheerful about things; however, if he dwells on his past or the uncertainty of his future for more than a second, his mood plummets. Even if that's not the case, though, he can still be prone to mood swings, especially if something makes him skittish (which isn't that hard to do).

8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
He's always initially suspicious, but apart from that, his reaction really depends on the circumstances. He's a very situational type of person.

9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
Act.

10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Fight.

11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
Widely varied, and all of the above. But he doesn't respond well to jabs at his pride, nor even others' self-deprecation.

No.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
Various experiences with his family, including the night they were killed, as well as his work with Khatien and the Alliance, then Balore Bliss, then the Orion Guild.

14. What does he fear?
He is utterly phobic of lizards, snakes, reptiles and other scaly non-reptiles. Topping this list of Scaly Things that Terrify Him, though, are Malkarian bhakri, commonly known as "shifters" for their shapeshifting ability, despite the fact that they only resemble lizards in their most basic, non-illusioned form. (After everything Bliss put him through, he is also somewhat skittish around needles.)

15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
His only real goal is to keep living, and he never really thinks about his future beyond that.

16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
Exactly what it was he did for the Alliance and Bliss, respectively; by joining Orion, he had hoped to put those parts of his life far behind him.



Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
Currently nonexistent, considering they were killed while he was young. Before that, however, they had what could be considered a normal, healthy relationship, and he was particularly close with his mother.

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
He had a younger sister, who had much the same temperament as him; they tended to fight a lot and butt heads over the most insignificant things, but they still loved each other through it all, and Kyron swore to protect her above all else. However, she was killed in the same attack that took their parents' lives.

3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close?
None.

4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family?
Nope.

5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Auster, whom he met through a mission Orion was conducting near a farm where he used to work, and who was also directly responsible for recruiting him into Orion; however, after various events, they no longer consider each other friends.

6. Does he have other close friends?
Though he tends to make friends with just about everybody (so long as they don't cross him or get on his bad side), the only other one with whom he could be considered close is Nieve; before his falling out with Auster, the three of them were pretty close, and often worked as a team on various missions.

7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
Very easily. However, if he decides he doesn't like someone, it will take unbelievable lengths for him to change his mind.

8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
Family.

9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed?
Uh... Not single, but not married? what is with the phrasing of this question, I don't even

10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
He is currently in a relationship with John Grimm (aka "Reaper"), though the thought of attaching the term "romantic" to it flusters him. what is it with my Orion OCs and Karl Urban characters, I don't even

He's never really "had crushes" so much as "thought someone was attractive enough to sleep with and went for it/was horribly shot down," which has happened several, several times.

12. What does he look for in a romantic partner?
He's never actually had a romantic partner (at least not before this one), so he doesn't consciously "look for" anything. He just wants to be with someone he can get along with, care about, and maybe only occasionally want to punch in the face.

13. Does the character have children? If no, does he want any?
No, and he hasn't given it much thought.

14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
In times past he might have claimed Artemis to be a "rival," but, really, he just didn't like her very much, and after all she's been through, his attitude towards her has lightened up considerably. But Balore Bliss (and Cimeres, to an extent) will always be an enemy to him, no matter how powerless or indebted to him he may feel.

15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
Somewhere between a 4 and a 5. It's less about gender to him and more about overall attraction.

16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
He loves sex, and can't imagine living without it.

17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
Nothing too weird, but while he was working for Bliss, he developed a taste for sensory deprivation and/or bondage, as well as public/outdoor sex (though he has yet to try both at the same time).


Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
The Malkarian and Earthling calendars don't approximate with each other very well, but by type alone, he's probably a Pisces-Aries cusp.

2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
Neither and nil. Malkar is a world of many, many gods, goddesses, and other deities, and he figures that, since they've done nothing to improve his lot in life, why should he pay them any respects?

3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
He absolutely abhors any sort of violence against animals (except for scaly things, of course), unless that animal is actively trying to kill or maim him.

4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
Mostly indifferent, unless they have anything directly to do with him.

5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
All shifters are inherently bloodthirsty and/or out to kill him and deserve only to be killed on sight. This would be considered mostly irrational if it weren't for his experiences with them as a child: witnessing his family be killed by them, and then being abducted by the same pack.


Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
As with the other agents, Orion paid him enough to live comfortably, and he has enough money saved so that he doesn't really have any financial worries.

2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
As a child, his family was fairly well-off, having made their fortune as successful nyarnes breeders. The Alliance and Bliss also paid him enough that he could have been considered upper-class, but between those times, he might as well have been living on the streets.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
He used to live in an apartment paid for by Orion, but since Bliss's last attempt on his life, he's been living in the medbay (and recently Bones's old place) with Reaper.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
Food and alcohol. He also likes to buy things for people he likes (unless they explicitly tell him not to, like Auster), though he never puts much thought into them; he's the kind of guy who'll buy a ridiculous souvenir as a gift without considering just what the person will actually do with it.

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
Until recently, he was a senior agent for the Orion Guild, which was the most fulfilling job he'd ever taken on in his life. However, he was placed on indefinite suspension after butting heads with Artemis one too many times, and during that suspension, it was revealed that he'd been sharing sensitive information with the Bliss Syndicate; an official inquiry was held, but had to be cut short due to an attempt made on his life (by Bliss), and he hasn't returned to Orion since then. Orion is now willing to take him back, but he's no longer sure that he wants to.

6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
Pretty much anything to do with animals, whether raising, taking care of, or generally spending time with them. Much of his free time in Orion was spent in the bestiary levels; lately, though, he's been spending more time at a Senaiin nyarnes farm neighboring the one he grew up on. Apart from that, he also likes to drink.

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
He likes to eat (a lot), and though he prefers eating out, he's a fairly skilled cook; he's willing to try anything at least once, even though this adventurous taste has led to quite a few illnesses. (And again, as mentioned above, he loves to drink.)
